The start of a great weekend!

A GOOD DAY...It's only noon, but good days have been few and far between lately, so I want to CELEBRATE!

1.) I let Z sleep til 7 and he woke up cute and happy and he ate...he's eaten (drunk) three ounces every 3 hours so far...I think his appetite is finally coming back a little.

2.) He ASKED for juice today...saw it sitting on the table...pointed at it and drank two ounces. NICE!!!

3.) We went to the mall to the Old Navy sale and I bought a bunch of cute summer dresses and a Flag tee for Z..it was crowded and annoying and gross and Zack was a sweet trooper through the whole thing. (Seriously people...1$ plastic flip flops are nothing to get THAT excited about!)

4.) I came home from the mall...he played outside for a little while and drank three more ounces...he's now about to pass out in front of Baby Einstein

5.) He's staying at Grandma's tonight, so I can see Kevin play and have a few drinks. Can you think of a MORE perfect day for me right now????

P.S. - we have an appt on Tuesday with the Chief of Pediatric Gastroenterology at UCLA Children's on Tuesday...I guess it's normally a 6-8 month wait...thank you to my pediatrician's husband who put a good word in for us. We've been vomit-free for 2 1/2 weeks (yes, it's scary to type that out loud!!!). Let's hope that chewing and swallowing are JUST around the corner!

March for Babies 2009

Team Zack Attack raised over $2200 for the March of Dimes. We thank each and every one of you who donated and sent us good thoughts. We had a wonderful day with lots of family, friends, a picnic and sunshine. The walk was a great success!!

Z's second trip to Disneyland and California Adventure

We took the day off and had a great day at Disneyland for my birthday. This time Z was walking much better and had a blast running around. He went on Pirates, Haunted Mansion and he especially loved the Jungle Cruise. Enjoy some pictures!

An afternoon in pictures

Zack loved the warm day and we played with the infamous splash table (he drinks more than he splashes) and lots of bubbles. In the world of new advances, Zack can now sing Twinkle Twinkle, but refuses to do so on video. Obviously he has Barbra Streisand-like stage fright. When he gets over it, I'll post some video.

Sunny Days

Not much has been going on at the Landrum house lately. Zack had his endoscopy to look inside his esophagus, tummy and intestines and everything came back AOK. As happy as that makes me, it's so frustrating that there is no anatomical reason for all of this...In any event, Zack came through as happy as always! This picture was taken not much more than an hour after getting home from being under anaesthesia!

Saturday was a beautiful day, so we all went to the park. Storm chased some squirrells and Zack was a little out of control! Enjoy a couple pictures!

We got some nice weather today, so Z and Tigger went out to play. Z calls Tigger "Cat Cat"...he really had fun with her...It's amazing that she doesn't mind him at all!
